General Terms of Service

Lijst.com can be used freely and gratis as long as you conform to the following terms. We reserve the right to update and change these terms without notice.

Quality

  • Lijst does not guarantee any service level by default.

Fair use restrictions

  • One user account per person. Your dog is entitled to an account if it has an e-mail address.
  • 100 Lists per account
  • 5000 Measurements per month:
    If you keep 1 List, you can add 10 Measurements to it per waking hour
    If you keep 20 Lists, you can add 8 Measurements per list per day
  • No screen scraping. Please use the Lijst API for automated use of Lijst.

Privacy

  • The Lijst user owns the measurements she added to the application. Subsequently, the user can remove all her data from the application.
  • Lijst will use anonymised data added to the application to generate statistics. These statistics will never be traceable to an individual.
